Pre Planning Arrangement (PPA)
Clients opting for this arrangement will be advised from their doctors that their sickness has reached the final stage that they can be discharged from the hospital. Similarly, these clients can also encompass those that are planned for hospice end-of-life care. This category of patients will usually walk the final journey between 2 weeks – 3 years.
Legacy Planning Arrangement (LPA)
Clients belonging to this category belong to the age group 50-60 and they are usually rather healthy, mobile, independent, single. They plan for their own funeral way in advance and they will have another personnel aged 21 and above to be the witness and executor in time to come.
